Stephie's Birds
always proudly offer a selection of beautiful exotic birds. If
we do not have the bird you are looking for we can find it for
you. We hand feed all our babies. Sorry no babies
leave our store without being weaned.
We do offer a
lay-a-way program. We do have waiting lists on some avian babies.
To be added to our list we ask for a deposit of $100.00 and we
let you know as soon as your baby hatches. We can not guarantee
what time of year your baby may join us. If you are not ready
for the baby when it hatches we can skip over you once and your
will come up for the next baby. However deposits are
non-refundable.
We do require that
all babies are paid for by the time they are 10 weeks old. The
reason for this is if you decide you can't take the baby we have
time to place it in another home before it is weaned and ready
to go to it's new home.

recommend the following for pet birds:

Complete
physical examination every 6-12 months

Yearly fecal
examination for parasites, yeast, and abnormal bacteria

testing

Wing, nail, and beak trimming

discounts on your pet supplies in the future.
All of our birds are carefully screened before we put them out
for you to see. Also, all of our birds are accompanied
by a written health warranty. Come into our store to
meet all of our other beautiful birds...

I called them once when my pet bird got into some
anti-bacterial soap and talked to a wonderful vet
(Dr. Hayes). She walked me through the procedures. There was a fee of $55,
which was well worth the service I got.
